This Tribute is supporting Sue Ryder. Paula received fantastic support from Sue Ryder over more than 5 years. The South Oxfordshire Palliative Care Hub team and the Hospice at Home nurses were wonderful. We hope that by others contributing to Sue Ryder, they can continue to provide this kind of support for others in need of help.
